Read Across the Universe

The theme for Book Week for 2013 was "Read across the Universe". You can follow this link to have a look at the shortlist and the winners chosen by Children’s Book Council.  

We hosted a Scholastic Book Fair again and raised a lot of money for our school library. The children really outdid themselves with dressing up this year and we had some standout astronauts, stars, planets and rockets! Not to mention a few aliens visiting as well!
